Hi, I’m Shelby!
Mom, Wife, Law Student, and Paralegal – I stay very busy!
I was raised in Mena, Arkansas but moved to Little Rock to attend William H. Bowen School of Law. I previously worked as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the Arkansas Department of Corrections in Polk and Montgomery County. My educational background in psychology and criminal justice (Go UAFS!), eventually led me to law school.
Here at Lion Legal, I mostly practice family and criminal law, but criminal law is where my heart is! I’m passionate about advocating for our clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives, and making them feel heard, supported, and in control.
Outside of work, I spend my (very little) free time reading a good book creekside with my family, or watching my boys play sports!
