Hi, I’m Tori!

I’m an Arkansas native, born and raised right here in the Natural State. With years of experience in customer service, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with so many different people, and those experiences have led me to genuinely love helping others. I enjoy being someone people can count on, whether that means answering a question, solving a problem, or simply making someone’s day a little easier. 

One of the things I value most about my work is the opportunity to connect with and help people throughout the community. I believe great customer service is about more than just getting the job done. It’s about listening, being dependable, and making people feel heard. While I never expect anyone to be eager to talk to the Billing Department, I think our clients recognize and appreciate that I bring this mindset into everything I do!

When I’m not working, my favorite place to be is at home with my wife and son. My family means the world to me, and I love spending my free time with them and making the most of every moment. My son gets pretty much all of my free time, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! Whether we’re spending a quiet day at home, getting out for an adventure, or just enjoying the little everyday moments, that’s where I’m happiest.

Fun fact about me: I had my junior prom at the Denver Broncos football stadium! Getting to experience prom in such a unique place is definitely a memory I’ll never forget.

I’m proud to call Arkansas home, grateful for the people I’ve met along the way, and excited for every opportunity to continue helping and working with the people in my community!
